Texting in portuguese. Can you elongate a word to add effect when texting in portuguese? Like for example if i text to someone who just got engaged finallllllllyyyyy! Could i say finalmeeeeenteeee! And still be understood?

Yes, but it's more common to elongate vowels, you won't see this happening with consonants very often while texting. Unlike English.

Yes! Perfect! Finalmeeeeenteeee! You can also say "até que enfim!" or "Aleluia"

Yessss!! if you put allllll the letters of words u can add exxxxtra letters and still be understood unless u forget important letters... in that case, it could be a mssss (messsss) haha
