It's a scale for language proficiency. It's called the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_European_Framework_of_Reference_for_Languages It's a scale from A1 which would be a very basic grasp of many common phrases and basic sentences to C2 which is a native-like mastery. There are specific explanations for each level. The levels are applied to many different language tests.

Hi Hanji, it has the word "first" in the title (although it took me a while no notice) so it is the same exam that used to be called the First Certificate in English (FCE). It's meant to test whether the students have reached Level B2. Judging by the way the students sound, I think that's probably their level, although I didn't watch the whole video. I don't think they're C1 yet.
