Can you, please, translate in English the French phrase ''Fasse le ciel...''? For example, in the sentence ''Fasse le Ciel qu'il y ait quelqu'un qui ( = celui là qu'il) donne un meilleur avis que le mien'' Is it something like ''Thank God'' or ''I wish'' or anything else? Thank you :)

It's closer to 'I wish'. In archaic language it would be something along the lines of "May Heaven grant that..'. In more modern language, one way of expressing it might be "I hope to God that there's someone with a better opinion than mine".
