Does this sound natural? A and B are friends. A is going to meet B in a fake Japanese town. A: Hey! Look at you. You're wearing kimono. I feel under dressed. B: I just dressed up to fit my surrounding. Does B sound natural? Please advise. Thank you.

No, B is not quite natural. I would write: B: I just dressed up to fit in. ('fit in' is the expression commonly used in casual conversation. It covers 'fitting in' to how other people are dressed or to what is expected at that location) You can make some changes to your example and say, B: I just dressed up to fit my surroundings. This meaning is somewhat narrower than the one I gave above, as here you are more worried about 'fitting in' to what is expected at that location, rather than what other people may be wearing there.
