All sound natural! In the first sentence you are emphasizing "mit ihrer Freundin" in the second and third one "heute Abend". I guess most people would use (2) and (3) more frequently, but you can definitely say all three of them and sound natural! :) (Same text in German:) Alle klingen natürlich! Im ersten Satz betonst du "mit ihrer Freundin" und im zweiten und dritten Satz "heute Abend". Ich schätze, dass die meisten Leute Satz 2 und 3 häufiger verwenden würden, aber du kannst definitiv alle drei sagen und dabei wie ein Muttersprachler klingen ;).
