Is it correct to say this? (Commander talking to 5 soldiers, ordering one of them (anyone) to go with the woman to guard her. The other 4 will go with him) Commander: One of you, soldiers, escort her back to her house. Soldier: Yes sir. Commander: The rest follow me. Does this sound ok? Please advise. Thank you.

I believe that using "soldiers" here sounds awkward. I would remove it, or use "men" (if, indeed they are all men). I would say: "One of you men, escort her back to her house." "The rest, follow me." sounds fine but needs a comma when written.

I think it is okay. But it sounds more natural to me to say "the rest of you, come with me."
