Any news about this? 2) One Carton can put 20 small box. If you mix any mdium box in it, The carton can only put 16 boxes. 3) If the customer ask me to give him an reply, but I can't reply him right away. Is there other sentence I can use? I always reply " I'm still working on it." 4) Our manager is asking when can you pay the balance paymemy?

1. A better way to say both would be: Any update regarding this? Any news regarding this? 2. If you mean that one carton can hold 20 smaller boxes I would write it as the following: One carton can hold 20 small boxes. If you mix any medium box with the smaller ones the carton can only hold 16 boxes. 3. You can say: I am still working on this but I will give you an answer as soon as I'm finished. 4. Our manager is wondering when you will make the balance payment. I hope those help.
