How do you say "I rent a room" in these two scenarios? Scenario 1: You are the landlord. Scenario 2: You are the tenant. How do you say "how much do you want" when you are the seller, trying to sell it to a potential buyer?

I rent out a room. (landlord) I rent a room. (tenant) Though usually people would add more description

I'm not completely sure I follow what you are asking. But what I think you are asking is "how much are you willing to pay?". Or prepared instead of willing.
