"文学少女" is it correct? So the point is that the phrase's meaning is "Literature girl". But I dont understand what makes the noun "文学" to appear in the sentense as the adjective. Is there no need to add some particle to make the connection between these two words obvious(for example particle の)?

It's a 4-character idiom and set phrase. ”文学少女” is correct without "の". It means a girl who love reading literay works.
