Am I correct when we say about a general woman or general women? Am I correct when we say about a general woman or general women? 1. A woman’s wallet = A wallet BELONGING to someone who is a woman, it only belongs to a certain woman. So when we want to buy a wallet, we will not use “A woman’s wallet / A man’s wallet”. 2. A women’s wallet = A wallet FOR women. So when we want to buy a wallet, we will use “A women’s wallet / A men’s wallet”. Thanks!

My opinion's a little different to the others. When you go shopping you can say, "I'm looking for a man's/woman's wallet". Not as common as the other, but you can say it. At least, this is the case in my country. I explained this in a lot more detail in your same question on another thread so I won't repeat it here.
