바꾸기라도 하든가 = or might as well change/swap it if nothing else. * -라도 = mentions doing something as a last resort because you can't think of anything better. * -든가 = verb ending for casually proposing something. It's usually said in an impatient or sarcastic tone because there is no better way. e.g. 치료가 그렇게 효과가 없으면 의사를 바꾸기라도 하든가 = If you feel the therapy is so ineffective, you might as well change the doctor (for lack of better idea).
