"The phone is charging" or "The phone is being charged"? Could you help me please with this sentence? I'm not sure which sentence is correct.

They are both correct. The 2nd is using the passive voice. The difference between the two sentences is that the first stresses more the subject (phone) rather than the action (charging). The 2nd sentence does the reverse - the action of charging is more important to the speaker, rather than the subject itself (phone).
