Is this sentence well-formed? Hi Is this sentence well-formed? I did let her in on the secret because she was so talented in acting confidant that I had every reason to believe that she was one and would keep my secret. Note that that is 'confidant' not "confident". How about the rest of the sentence? Thanks

Hi, Nimas3, If you are certain you want to use the word "confidant", I would propose the following edit: I did let her in on the secret because she was so talented at playing the confidant that I had every reason to believe that she was someone who would keep my secret. Best, Martha
