We don's use something like the Korean words, instead we say "first name + kun(or chan)", or his/her nickname. That is the most popular way to call a friends :)

According to internet,oppa is used for calling male who is older than speaker. In japan お兄さん (oniisan) is closest word I think, but it can be used for wide range for male, regardless of their age relations. お兄さん means older brother basically, and also people can call a person who is teenage upto around 40s
