Is this sentence natural and common? My husband doesn't work on any holiday.

We would just say “My husband doesn’t work holidays”. “I love to work holidays because I get overtime.” Etc.

As Mike commented, 'holidays' would be more normal. I would say My husband doesn't work on any holidays. Depending on the country, we might qualify that. If you are a British English speaker, 'holiday' can also mean what Americans call a vacation, so British people might say 'bank holidays'. We would say 'state holidays'. If you said that, the 'any' isn't needed.

A more natural way of saying that would be, "My husband doesn't work on holidays."
