How can I say this sentence in a common and natural way? Sometimes I'm angry but it finishes soon. it refers to "state of being angry" Should I use "I get angry" instead of "I'm angry"? Thanks in advance🙂🌹

You can say, "Sometimes I get (or become) angry, but I'm over it (or "I get over it") quickly." Another option is: "I don't stay angry long." Or: "When I get angry, I don't stay angry long." Do any of these help?
