No, both need a few changes: (1) If we can't solve this problem, neither are we can't be peaceful. If we can't solve this problem, neither can we be peaceful (2) If we can't solve this problem, neither am I and neither are you can't be peaceful. If we can't solve this problem, neither you nor I can be peaceful.
