Can you please check it? I'm afraid I am not able to provide you with any kind of information regarding this requirement. It is not my area of expertise. Is it correct? Does it sound okay?

The grammar is perfect and it sounds very natural, well done! If I had to be super strict, I would possibly offer the following re-phrasing to make it sound 100% like a native speaker: "I'm afraid that I'm unable to provide you with any information regarding this requirement since it is not my area of expertise."

It looks fine to me. 'Requirement' is quite a specific word - my only doubt would be if that is actually the right word. I can't tell that without context.
