The number of blue squares is one more than red squares.
Is this natural? For example, assume that we have 26 blue cells and 25 red cells. How would you say this naturally.

"We have 26 blue cells and 25 red cells, thus we have more blue cells than red cells."
Basically, you take one sentence with an observation: "We have 26 blue cells and 25 red cells"
Then you take a second sentence that concludes from the observation: "We have more blue cells than red cells"
", thus" is used to connect both sentences and combine them into one.
