The fourth one is the only correct one.
Here are some suggestions
1. “He is very gifted at playing football
2. The word endowed doesn’t really work here but I guess you could say “he was endowed with talent for playing football”
3. He has a natural ability for playing football
4. He has a God-given talent for playing football
