how to respond on a telephone conference
we sometimes have telephone conference with global colleagues.
when everyones online, we start greeting with each other.
how to respond to “how are you doing?”
is the response “i am fine, and how are you” weird and Chinglish?
What is the authentic business greeting then?

There isn't really any one "authentic" greeting. "I'm fine, how are you?" is a perfectly normal answer.
