I like eating, usually big portions.
If I say,
I am a foodie.
I am fond of food.
I have quite an appetite myself.
I am a man who has a big appetite.
Are they OK? Or, what do you say?

You could say: I enjoy/prefer large portions of food.
OR I have quite an appetite. It takes quite a lot of food to fill me up/to make me feel satisfied.

Not sure what you are asking. Would you like the definition of foodie? It is not someone who just likes food, but someone who likes very good food and knows a lot about that food.
