Lauren's "I don't have anything in mind" would be good. Here are some other possibilities.
I have nothing specific in mind.
I don't have anything specific in mind.
I'm not thinking of anything specific.
I don't have my heart set on anything [specific].

It depends on the context. If someone said, "Where do you want to eat?" I'd say something, "I don't have anything in mind." I hope that's helpful!
