“Do you played football before” is not grammatically correct. The second sentence makes sense “Did you play football before” or you could ask “You played football before?” or “Have you played football before?”

“Have you played football before?” Is asking if you have ever played the game before, even if only once, whereas “Did you play football before” is asking if you did so continuously or habitually, as in a school program or in a recreational or professional league. Hope this helps.
