Can’t find the phrasal verb/expression “to give smb rights to speak” Hello! I can’t find the phrasal verb or expression that means “to give smb rights to speak”. For example, person A tells smth important about company’s revenue and then he switches to another slide and say “Now my colleague Mary will talk about marketing campaign. Mary, .... (I give the rights to speak to you) I will be really grateful if you help me to find such verb/expression.

Another common phrase is 'to turn over the (microphone / mike / podium) to someone' (or "turn it over to someone"), as in "(to the audience) Now I will turn over the mike to Mary", "Mary, now I turn it over to you", etc.

"Mary, you have the floor." ~ very formal "Mary, it's all yours." ~ less formal
