I feel something must be wrong the way this sentence goes, please check this. I (have no/don't have) enough pants for my toddler who has been having many potty accidents lately. I'm unable to pack an extra set of clothes in his school bag.

Use "don't have", and it is fine. It might be slightly better to say "I'm therefore...".
