Generally, unless these are among others, such as 5.5, 6.0, 6.2, 9.0, if they are all integers, I'd just read them as 6, 9, 3.
Inclusion of one decimal place suggests that unless these are rather artificial, such as in a test, they are in no way "exact".
If the point of the list is the ".0" then sure, otherwise 6.0 is just 6.
French use 6,0 9,0 3,0 of course, so if the audience is misxed, maybe use "six decimal zero".
