Is this sentence grammatically correct? Hi friends, Is the following sentence grammatically correct? Any suggestions from you to make it better? I will ask Jane to instruct the relevant personnel in the Finance department to liaise with you to get this sorted. Thanks in advance, Niwantha

Grammatically speaking it is perfect but from a natural spoken point of view, and in my opinion, it is too wordy. I would perhaps phrase it in the following way because I don't really need to expand on who the relevant person is or who is going to contact who about what in detail: "I will ask Jane to the get the relevant person to contact you about it."
