what does ' not so much that...' mean in these sentence? The small motor generates enough power to get everything going but not so much that it overheats and needs a cooling fun. does it mean this motor overheats more or generates more? Thanks!

It means that the small motor generates an amount of power that is small enough that it does not need a cooling fan to prevent it from overheating. A similar example may help you understand: “The alarm makes enough noise to wake up the person sleeping In the same room, but no so much [noise] that it wakes up everyone in the house.”
