As Torch Wielding Guy said, you should use "or" instead of "and"
I don't like chicken, and I don't like ice cream= I don't like chicken OR ice cream.
I like chicken, and I like ice cream, but I don't like them together on the same plate= I don't like chicken AND ice cream.
This pattern in language reflects a pattern in logic called "De Morgan's Law"
not (A and B) = not A or not B
not (A or B) = not A and not B

"I'm an only child"
Also possible,
I don't have (any) siblings.

We would usually say "I don't have brothers or sisters", so "or", not "and".
