Well it's a kind of lyrics which describes about a particular person who is smart intelligent, beautiful etc but he/she is rude. 
Basically he/she looks beautiful but his/heart is not beautiful.

Yeah, I don't quite understand either, it seems like poetry or song lyrics. I get Everything is beautiful, but if heart also is then what is? Which also doesn't make sense. Hopefully a native speaker can help.
