This research aims to analyze the influence of the Bible on the work Alice´s adventure in wonderland by Lewis carroll, having as theoretical and critical assumption the studies by Marilynne Robinson, whose concept of "influence" and "comparison", are instruments that enable this work, the literary comparison will be based on the methodology of Tânia Franco Carvalhal (2006), we also support the book Code of Codes: The Bible and the literature of the author Northrop Frye. We investigated the context of the work with the social context of Victorian England, the relationship of the Bible to literature, and explaining each point of the Alice work that was influenced by the Bible. In the analyzed works we were able to make not only a comparative reading but also an interpretative reading establishing a relationship that allows us to make our own judgments and allows us to see some points that do not seem so clear at the time of reading, but there is an approximation between the two. literary works.
