Are these sentences OK? Were you awake all night? Have you been awake all night? Should I get it cut a little? (my hair)

All are fine. "Have you been up all night" suggests you have been out of bed, which is different in meaning from "have you been awake all night"

These are all correct. But a more common form of the question would be: "have you been up all night?"
