Are these sentences OK? She didn't mother me. I wasn't mother from her. I don't know which one I should choose. I don't know which one I should pick.

The first one is correct. For the second one, you would say “ I wasn’t mothered by her” and most commonly it would mean she didn’t give birth to you.

She didn't mother me - correct, meaning "she didn't take care of me". "I wasn't mother from here" - Incorrect. This doesn't make sense, as "mother" is used in the wrong context.
