Is this title OK for a report?
Hi friends,

Is the following title ok for a report? (Context: we are a management consultancy firm and we have been asked to undertake an HR assignment and another training programme for a particular company. Before undertaking the assignment, we went there to do a fact finding investigation. Now we are supposed to provide the client with a report on the observations made)

“Observations for the HR Assignment and Training for ABC Company”

Answer

First of all, I would not combine research and training results in one paper, because essentially you have had two separate assignments. First one I would call something like  Name of The Company: Human Resources’ (analysis, distribution, evaluation  - whatever the exact purpose of your research was). Observation in this case would become a title of the first part of your report. For the second paper I suggest Name of The Company: (exact name of the training program). 
If you want to keep them together, then “HR Assignment and Training for ABC Company: Observations and  Results”.
