Are both the same? (after a combat etc.) Is this all you have left? Is that all of you?

No, they're not the same. "Is that all of you ?" refers to people. In this context (after battle), you are asking if those present are the only ones remaining or who survived. "Is this all you have left" is asking what assets you have left. The 'assets' may be people, materials, weapons, etc. The question is about assets in general, not specifically people as the first question is.
