Independent language learning Hello fellow language learners, For English speakers who have learned/are learning Spanish independently, what kind of study plan did you create and why? What resources did you find more or less helpful? Examples of study plans/schedules/goals would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hi Michelle, I will go ahead and answer this in Spanish first then in English, so it serves as extra learning for both of us. I inserted the translation in the comments. Adelante!

Hi! I'm not an English native speaker, but I learn languages by myself. So I recommend you to look for some didatic, and specific book for English speakers, as I did (I used a book for Portuguese speakers). Learn about the structure is very important to improve romance languages. But it doesn't have to be your focus. You can create some daily habits in order to make your target language more familiar, easier to be "accepted" by your brain (hahahaha). Write me if you want to know more about my method.
