Am I right? The biggest bedroom is my husband's and mine. The biggest bedroom is for my husband and me. Are they correct?

Both sentences are correct. They just have different meanings. There's no difference between using "biggest" and "largest." Both work well in these instances. The only thing I would change would be the order of "my husband's and mine" to "mine and my husband's" and "my husband and me" to "me and my husband." It sounds more natural to me, but what you have overall is perfect!

Thank you so much Levi!! Would there be any way of using "me" in this sentence?

The biggest bedroom is my husband's and mine. I would add "in our house" The biggest bedroom in our house is my husband's and mine. Also get rid of the term biggest and use largest. That sounds better. The second one is incorrect.
