Why there is only eight passive voice? Why there is only eight passive voice? How about Will be being p.p. Have been being p.p. Had been being p.p. Will have been being p.p. Does these means nothing?

Future and perfect continuous passives exist in theory, but in practice we do not use them. This is because they are too cumbersome and awkward-sounding.

'will be being' is possible, but not common. The others you list aren't possible, or at least an example doesn't come to my mind. You mention 8 forms of the passive - there are actually more than that. Here's a link with examples that may help. https://www.ef-australia.com.au/english-resources/english-grammar/passive-voice/
