this thing is really confusing me hello! I have a question and Im going to make several sentences below to show what i mean。 (If the person I talk to is a girl): If you were a boy,Im sure you would be handsome。 If you were a boy,I would be sure you were handsome。 If you were a boy,I would be sure you would be handsome。 so,which one or two you prefer or you think is or are correct?or all are not good in your eyes? thank you so much~

This person is a girl, so a type 1 conditional is wrong. "If you are a boy, you will be handsome." << wrong For the present and future, a type 2 conditional is correct. "If you were a boy, you would be handsome." << correct For the past, a type 3 conditional is correct. If you were a boy, I'm sure you would be handsome. You are certain (sure) about something, so it does not take the conditional. If you think you would only be sure if something happened, that would be different. 'If you did that, I would be sure of your love for me. '
