Vocabulary Hi, everyone Should I say “armament production and selling” or “production and selling of armaments” in this paragraph: “A few European countries were making some agreements two months ago to make some arrangements in terms of arms and ammunition production, and then Trump got pretty angry about this because the US was not being considered in the armament production and selling/in the production and selling of armaments” Thank you

A couple things. One is in this sentence the topic of weapons is already very clear so you don’t need to repeat it at the end. You could just say “... was not being considered in the arrangements/agreements.” Second, armaments is an extremely uncommon word in AmE at least. We would say weapons or arms, even in formal news announcements. Last, of those options, production and selling of armaments sounds best.
