Disrespect Hi, there Should I say “This video shows the disrespect of the Japanese for/against koreans during the Cold War” or “This video shows the Japanese disrespect for/against Koreans during the Cold War”? Which of THESE two is better? “The disrespect of the Japanese for/against” or “The Japanese disrespect for/against”? Thank you very much

They are both good. In writing I prefer the 2nd, whereas in conversation I would flip between the two. The 2nd to my ears is slightly more formal and for this reason prefer it when writing.

I would say the first one because it sounds more natural.
