These are all correct and interchangeable.

All of them are correct. If you are already talking about presidents, excuses, principals, jobs or cars, then saying "who/what is/are X going to be?" or "who/what will X be? may be more common. But "who/what will be X" and "who/what is/are going to be X" mean the same thing, and they are normal and natural.
