I would like to know, whether the following sentence: could mean both "What should I do?" and "Can I do everything I want?"? My second question would be pretty similar to the first one, that is whether could mean both "How many attempts do I have?" and "Is it ok if I try as many times as I want?"?

”What should I do ?”

is "Can I do everything I want?". "What should I do ?" is "何をするべきですか。" , so they are different meaning, in my opinion. is "Is it ok if I try as many times as I want?"?. "How many attempts do I have?" is "何回、挑戦できますか?" , so it is a just question to ask "How many times ---?" I hope it helps your study!
