Additonally to Jura's opinion I would also suggest that one shall limit her/his own ambition, focus to the few goals of higher priority in life, and slowly try to eliminate unnecessary issues and desires that occupy one's time, spiritual potential and mood.

More advice on how to eliminate your worries: Shift away from out-of-control thoughts. Get into the present, take action, and focus on what you want. A student concerned about exams should stay present, prepare, and focus on great results. Anxiety is often caused by inaction. Physically preparing or mentally shifting gears can move you to a higher plateau of strength, confidence, and trust. This is where you are fully capable and open to the resources available that make the very best of a situation.

Hi Himoon. Write down a list of your worries.Seeing them on paper in itself can make them less worrisome. Also I find that meditation enables us to cultivate that calm state of mind that is conducive to peace. well-being and happiness/ joviality.

To find true happiness you must learn to be content with your life. Be grateful for what you have and count your blessings. While you may think you don’t have enough, the fact is you probably have more than some other people in this world.
