These terms are usually used after a meeting to find out if anyone objects or disagrees with what was being discussed. Questions means that the organiser of the meeting wants to know if people need to have any questions/queries answered or explained.

A "question" is when you ask for information or knowledge. An "objection" is when you disagree with something or are opposed to something.
