Hi, yes in the spoken Italian we often say "i sabati" or "i lunedì" (in a plural form) and so on, but the correct form it would be always in a singular form because in Italian the days would be uncountable , considered in a chronological order. Anyhow few italians say "tre sebato fa" (three saturdays ago). The plural form is more and more used in spoken and written comunication.
