Adjectives can come BEFORE nouns. For example: I have a new car. - new (adj.) + car (noun) = (ADJ. + NOUN)
Adjectives can come AFTER a BE verb. For example: She is pretty. - is (be verb) + pretty (adj.) = (BE verb + ADJ.)
