both are fine. 내가(제가) 제일(로)/가장 좋아하는 파스타(요리)는 '스파게티 마리나라' '마리나라 스파게티'인데 both are fine as well. cuz spaghetti marinara is name of pasta which is tomato and garlic and some spice, u can just say 스파게티 마리나라, but u can also use 마리나라 스파게티 cuz they will understand as the spaghetti which with marinara sauce. so both are fine. but when u say 'my favorite italian or italian dish is spaghetti marinara' will be '내가 제일 좋아하는 이탈리안(이태리, 이탈리아) 요리는 스파게티 마리나라인데'..we usually say italian(dish) as '이탈리안 요리' not just '이탈리안'. u can use it but it's more common to use with 요리. same with other cusine as well. hope it could help. :)
