What does 'ya' mean? Hello dear native speakers. A lot of song includes some words like 'ya' , 'cha'. Could you please explain me.. what do they mean?

'ya' is a colloquial form of "you". "Ya wanna go out to lunch?" = "Do you want to go out to lunch?" "cha" is also a form of "you", usually following a 't' or 'd' sound. "What cha doin'?" = "What are you doing?" As you can see, the "are" is dropped and the "what" and "you" sounds combined effeectively so they sound like one word. You may also see this as "whacha".
